Knit Double Thick Slippers with Yvonne Jones

Let the Christmas Knitting Commence! Come and join us to learn how to knit a pair of felted double thick slippers for yourself or as a gift. These slippers look like pants while knitting and until the seaming and abracadabra of turning one into the other. Participants will be knitting in the round (or maybe even magic loop).
Slippers are knit in a heavy worsted (Aran/Light Bulky) yarn (make sure you can felt it. NO Acrylic or Super wash) on size US 9 needles. Students will cast on and begin to knit. Next, they will be splitting for the foot/feet. There will be time for questions, knitting and pre felting finishing. **Felting will take place on your own (Yvonne available for questions).
Knit your slippers one at a time OR learn how to do them two at a time using magic loop so when you are done the knitting you will have a finished pair.
