In this one-day class, we will use a core yarn and wrap a second yarn/roving/locks around it to create a textured art yarn with many applications!! If you have a “wrapping” fiber you’d like to bring, feel free, but I will provide options to practice with. Come explore the possibilities with me!

Class participants should bring: a spinning wheel in good working condition.
Class participants may bring: Core yarn (mohair or crochet cotton preferred); yarn, roving, or locks for wrapping.

Saturday, June 10, 12:30 to 3:30 pm
Cost: $50 for BSWG member, $80 for non-BSWG member (includes 2023-2024 membership)
Level: Intermediate (participants should be comfortable spinning and plying)
Materials: Fiber provided by instructor ($15 charge)
