Sept 19, 26, and Oct 3, 2026, 12-4 pm

Learn how to make a cute chicken out of only two simple crochet granny squares and a few extra stitches.  This is a beginner level class, but anyone of any skill level is welcome.  Come knowing nothing about crochet and have a chicken by the end!

This will take place over 3 sessions:

• Session 1: Learn basic crochet stitches and tension techniques

Homework for Session 2: Practice over the week at home, chains and stitches

• Session 2: Learn to make a granny square!

Homework for Session 3: Make 2 squares over the week at home

• Session 3: Weave in ends, join squares, finish your chicken!

The instructor will provide all materials needed, but students are welcome to bring their own yarn or tools if they wish.
